Can we please add this? I like being able to do single day stays but would like to charge a premium. I talked with pricelabs and hospitable just doesn’t support this feature but other PMS do.

Of all the features this should be an absolute priority for the hospitable team at this point. This is a crucial feature in how some hosts want to run their business and other PMS services are already integrating with PriceLabs etc… on this in order to allow this for their hosts. Please do not delay on this as this. Many hosts want to offer 1 night stays but only at a premium for the additional hassle. Not only does this give hosts flexibility but it also opens up 1 night stays for properties where guests would otherwise only do 2 night stays and gives the property a better chance in the airbnb algorithm.

I had a PriceLabs chat and they said ”Currently the Hospitable integration does not support Length of Stay Pricing adjustments.” It would be great if we could do this so we can adjust pricing through PriceLabs based on minimum night stays.

Would really like to see this feature added via Pricelabs - they make it possible through several other PMS’s and are waiting for Hospitable to integrate it here. Super important feature.

I am also waiting for this feature integration with Pricelabs -
THIS HAS TO BE A PRIORITY. Not through pricelabs but in Hospitable itself. This is already possible with promo codes (LOS discount applied to specific date range)…we should be able to add LOS discounts right from our calendar and have them push to OTAs AND direct booking site for uniformity. THIS IS CRITICAL. Prices must ALWAYS be lower on direct booking site but aren’t because you can add LOS discounts in Airbnb that don’t push to DB.

Currently, many short-term rental hosts face limitations when pricing their properties for stays shorter than a week. Platforms often allow for length-of-stay discounts (e.g., weekly or monthly discounts) but lack the flexibility to set dynamic pricing for shorter durations. This creates inefficiencies and missed revenue opportunities.
Why Hospitable Needs This Feature
Maximizing Revenue Potential
Short stays often require more frequent cleanings, guest communication, and check-ins, leading to increased operational costs.
Hosts should be able to set premiums for stays under a week to offset these costs.
Encouraging Longer Stays Without Losing Short-Term Bookings
While weekly and monthly discounts encourage longer stays, some hosts still want to accommodate short-term guests.
Strategic discounts (e.g., a 3- or 4-night discount) can fill gaps between longer bookings while keeping revenue optimized.
Market Competitiveness
Competing platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo offer some control over length-of-stay pricing, but not always with full flexibility.
A feature that allows setting both discounts and premiums for short stays would give Hospitable a competitive edge.
Better Booking Control & Guest Experience
Hosts can attract last-minute travelers by offering short-stay discounts when there are vacant days.
Premium pricing for weekends or high-demand periods prevents undervaluation of short stays.
Implementation Suggestion
A “Short-Stay Pricing” section in Hospitable’s pricing settings, allowing hosts to:
Set a premium (e.g., +15%) for stays under X nights.
Offer discounts (e.g., -10%) for stays of 3+ nights but less than a week.
Apply different rates based on peak seasons, weekdays, or weekends.
Conclusion
Adding a short-stay discount and premium feature would enhance revenue optimization, improve booking flexibility, and position Hospitable as a more dynamic platform for short-term rental hosts. It’s a win-win for both hosts and guests, ensuring better pricing strategies that align with real-world market demand.

Please add this - it’s a lot more work changing these on airbnb and vrbo separately. Especially now that Airbnb has customizable lengths/% discounts for each, it would be super helpful if we could set these on PriceLabs (or any other dynamic pricing software) and push it out easily thru Hospitable.
They’re always adding PMS’s that have this capability to the list.
