Include muted properties in Metrics/historical financial reporting (or toggle)

Muted properties are currently excluded from Metrics, Owner Statements dashboard, Calendar, sync, API, and billing. This makes sense for operational surfaces (calendar, sync, billing), but it breaks historical financial reporting: a host's year-to-date Net Revenue on Metrics no longer reflects what they actually earned once any property is muted mid-year. Any host who mutes properties for lifecycle reasons (no longer managing, sold, off-season retired) currently loses historical financial accuracy the moment they mute. They have no way to reconcile YTD numbers without unmuting, which then pollutes calendar/sync/billing again.
