Include "Conversation Note" in iCal Feed & CSV Exports (Metrics/Reporting)

The Conversation Note field is a fantastic feature for capturing critical guest details (like bedding configurations, late checkout requests, or special needs) during guest messaging. However, because it is currently trapped inside the Hospitable inbox, hosts cannot export this crucial data to external operations teams / tasks, CSV reports, or live iCal feeds.

This creates unnecessary manual work, forcing hosts to manually copy-paste bedding setups and guest notes into external spreadsheets or cleaner schedules.

Proposed Solution:

iCal Feed: Include the %conversation_note% text inside the DESCRIPTION or NOTES field of the exported iCal event.
CSV Reports (Metrics): Add a dedicated "Conversation Note" column to CSV reservation exports.
