Improve with AI

Suggested improvement for the AI messaging feature. Currently, ‘Suggest with AI’ will draft a reply to the guest based on previous messages.

I suggest this be enhanced to also look at the current draft reply, and be renamed ‘Improve with AI’.

This would allow a quick response to be typed or dictated by staff, and the ‘Improve with AI’ could reword the response so that it’s nicer and more guest friendly.

Example:

Guest: Do you allow pets?

Team: No [Improve with AI] —> Sorry (guest first name), we don’t permit pets in the (listing type). There are a number of pet accomodation services nearby that we can recommend if you need. Just let us know, we’re always happy to help.
