Improve UI clarity for 'Property name' Set one value vs Set per platform

The current UI for the 'Property name' setting is confusing. When a user selects 'Set one value', it appears to simply copy the value to all platforms rather than establishing a single global setting. This leads to confusion when the user returns to the page and sees separate fields again. The UI should more clearly explain this behavior or provide a more intuitive way to manage global vs platform-specific names.
