Improve Direct Booking Widget Mobile Experience
The direct booking widget is currently very clunky and frustrating to use on mobile devices, leading to a poor user experience.

And the phone input is now updated. It mirrors the much-improved version we use on the host app. The country code is set on page load so the user can't click into the field and open the country picker by accident.

Thanks @Thomas Mutchler, the first two issues you note should be fixed: off-center calendar with overflow issues, annoying zoom when clicking a form field. We're looking at the phone input too so it more closely resembles the one we use on the host app.
