Immediate phone alerts for all booking requests awaiting approval

Send hosts an immediate push notification or SMS whenever a new booking request requires approval, across Airbnb, Vrbo, and Direct. The alert should work even when the guest doesn’t include a message. Hosts should be able to receive it when the request arrives, rather than only shortly before it expires.
