If someone has canceled: Make Automessage to Guest before & after

I need a trigger, when a guest cancels to send message to the other 2 guests (before and after):

Use-Case: The guest before and the guest after the canceled dates becomes the offer to make his stay longer. IT's easy upselling like in the already existing canned condition.
