I was recently told by Houfy Support the following:
What's new: Houfy now automatically pushes your bookings over to Hospitable — whenever a reservation is made, changed, or cancelled on Houfy, it's sent over to Hospitable automatically, so all your automations within Hospitable keep working as expected.
Direct website or marketplace — does it matter? No, it works the same either way. Bookings from your Houfy-built direct websites now push to Hospitable automatically, the same as marketplace bookings.
Do you need to do anything? No — nothing for you to change on your end. This runs automatically once your listing is connected to Hospitable.

Our iCal Imports integration (released early 2025) allows Houfy’s calendar exports to be added to your properties. This isn’t a full, native integration like with Airbnb, but it would allow bookings to be imported, calendar to be blocked, and messages to be sent (when emails are provided).
