Allow Hospitable to act as the Merchant of Record for Booking.com reservations, similar to the current Vrbo integration. This would enable Hospitable to handle payment processing and tax remittance, reducing the tax-compliance burden and risk for hosts (particularly in regions like Florida where local lodging taxes are not fully remitted by Booking.com).
