Guest experience messaging

On a couple of occasions our guests messaging was interrupted. I think it may be related to VRBO and AirBNB disconnects. I’ve gone in after we realized a communication was missed looking for a way to push the missed messaging to our guests, however there’s no mechanism to easily resend a missed communication. I think adding an option to select the missed message and send would be a helpful option.
