Grouping Upsell Options with Sub-options

Currently, all upsell options must be listed individually, which can make the section cluttered and less user-friendly when there are multiple variations of a similar service.

The request is to allow for "sub-options" or grouping, so that similar items (for example, different types of massages) can be grouped together under one main category rather than listed as separate individual entries.
