Remove Hospitable Branding from Emails

For professional property managers, it’s essential to maintain a 100% white-label experience — meaning that no Hospitable branding appears in any guest- or owner-facing communication.

We really appreciate the upcoming Brands project (custom domains, company/ property brand distinction, etc.), but the ability to fully remove Hospitable from outgoing emails is critical for brand consistency and professionalism.

Why this matters:

  • Guests and owners should only see our brand, not third-party providers.

  • It keeps communication clean, premium, and trustworthy.

  • Many management companies operate under multiple brands or sub-brands — full white-labeling supports this flexibility.

👉 A “no-Hospitable-branding” mode would make the platform far more attractive to professional operators and enterprise users.
