Fix redirect issue when adding rules from Smart Upsell screen

Problem statement: When clicking the '+ Add to more rules' link on the Smart Upsell settings screen, the user is redirected back to the main dashboard instead of being taken to the messaging rules section.

Current workaround: The user has to manually navigate to the dashboard and then find the rules section, which is inefficient and breaks the intended workflow.

Impact: This creates friction in the user experience and makes it difficult for hosts to quickly associate their Smart Upsell products with automated messaging rules.

Proposed solution: Ensure the '+ Add to more rules' link correctly redirects the user to the messaging rules page.

Unlock: Hosts will be able to seamlessly add Smart Upsell codes to their rules directly from the product settings, improving the setup efficiency.
