Feature Request: Show Year-to-Date Booked Nights for All Plans
Background
In some cities, short-term rentals are subject to annual booking limits. For example, in Toronto, the maximum number of nights a principal residence can be rented as an entire home is 180 nights per year.
Currently, Airbnb only provides visibility into the total number of booked nights for hosts on the Professional plan or higher. Hosts on regular plans don't have an easy way to see how many nights their property has already been booked in the current calendar year.
Feature Request
It would be very helpful to have a simple way for all hosts, regardless of their subscription plan, to see:
Total number of nights booked in the current calendar year (Year-to-Date).
This information could be displayed directly on the hosting dashboard or calendar.
Why This Matters
For hosts operating in cities with short-term rental restrictions, tracking the number of booked nights is important for regulatory compliance.
Making this information available to all plans would help hosts avoid accidentally exceeding local rental limits, without requiring them to manually count booked nights or upgrade to a higher-tier subscription.
I believe this would be a useful and relatively straightforward feature that could benefit many hosts worldwide.
