Either/Or Option for Security Deposits and Trip Insurance

Currently, Hospitable does not automatically waive the security deposit if a guest purchases trip insurance. This means guests may be charged for both, or hosts must manually remove the deposit requirement.

We would like an 'either/or' configuration where the system recognizes the purchase of trip insurance and automatically waives the security deposit requirement (or vice versa), similar to the functionality previously available directly on Vrbo.
