Editing or customizing metadata at the individual page level for Direct Booking sites

I have a website for renting out houses. The main page is created on GoDaddy, the subpages are created on Hospitable.

I don't want users to see the Hospitable homepage, not for any search query. How can I hide the main page of the site here on Hospitable? And to be sure to leave all the subpages visible.

I would like:

Option A: Noindex tag (Best for SEO)
In Hospitable, in the custom code insertion field specifically for the homepage, add: <meta name="robots" content="noindex">

Option B: Also create a 301 redirect here at Hospitable

Option C: Canonical link
If possible, I would add a link rel="canonical" tag and point the address of my main GoDaddy site to the Hospitable homepage.

Or if you suggest another option, I will be glad.
