Dynamic Pricing too aggressive on far future dates

I was just notified by a guest that my properties pricing for next July is 50% more than current pricing. Upon checking every price for 2026 is 50% or more and in no way comparable to similar properties in my area. The dynamic pricing algorithm is waaayyyu off. SOFTWARE TEAM - HELP.

Or back to a Beyond Pricing so I can be competitive in my he marketplace.
