Dynamic Cleaning Task Dates with Cleaner Approval Workflow

Currently, cleaning tasks do not automatically shift if a reservation's checkout date changes (e.g., due to an extension or early checkout). This requires hosts to manually reschedule tasks to avoid confusion and ensure properties are cleaned on the correct day.

Requested Enhancement:

• Dynamic Linking: Link cleaning tasks directly to the booking's checkout date so the task date updates automatically whenever the checkout date changes.
• Approval Workflow: When a task date shifts automatically, send a notification to the assigned cleaner allowing them to either approve or reject the new date.
