Downloadable invoice/receipt per cleaner payment (per task + per payout run)

As a host paying cleaners through Hospitable, I need a way to download an invoice/receipt for each cleaner payment so I can reconcile expenses and keep records for bookkeeping/taxes.

Problem / Why it matters

Right now, I can see payment statuses (e.g., Pending approval, auto-approve after 24h, payment activity), but I can’t generate a formal document to file or share. Many cleaners also ask for proof of payment tied to a specific clean, and property managers need clean documentation per property/job.

What I’m trying to do

For each cleaning task payment (and/or each payout run), generate a downloadable document that includes the relevant details in a clean, accountant-friendly format.

What the document should include (minimum fields)

Host/business name

Cleaner/teammate name (payee)

Property name

Task type (Cleaning) + task date/time

Amount paid

Payment status (Paid / Processing / Pending approval)

Payment method / destination (masked bank last 4)

Payment reference ID / transaction ID

Date approved + date paid/sent

Line item breakdown (optional but ideal): base pay, tips, service fee/processing fee

Nice-to-haves

Support both PDF and CSV export

Ability to download in bulk by date range, property, or teammate

“Receipt” wording (proof of payment) vs “invoice” wording (request for payment) — ideally support both or label correctly

Use cases

Bookkeeping / taxes (proof of payment per clean)

Cleaner requests “Can you send me a receipt for that clean?”

PM reconciliation per property / per month

Easier dispute resolution when questions come up later

Current workaround

Manually screenshot/copy payment details from the dashboard, or have the cleaner generate invoices externally and match them to Hospitable payment records.
