Display nightly rate per platform on Hospitable calendar

As an owner/property manager, I'd like to view the nightly rate with associated platform markups, on the calendar view so I can compare the prices in one page. Currently, you have to login to each platform and view the marked up price for each night, or calculate it from your base pricing software. The prices should be displayed for booked and unbooked nights.
