Display channel markups for date ranges in Calendar

Currently, the calendar's right-side panel only shows the marked-up prices for Vrbo, Airbnb, and Direct when a single date is selected. When a range of dates is selected, this breakdown disappears, and only the bulk edit view is shown. The user would like the marked-up prices for each channel to remain visible even when a date range is selected, providing consistency with the single-date view.
