Direct: Add a field for Other Charges in the Pricing tab

It would be great to have it toggle between a nightly charge, a one-time charge or a % charge. Some hosts might be using a 3rd party tool (e.g. Safely) that charge an additional fee which our hosts may want to include in the their Direct bookings.
