Day-of-the-Week Based Cleaner Assignments

Problem statement

• Currently, Hospitable only allows a single cleaner to be assigned to a property for all days. There is no way to assign different cleaners to the same property based on the day of the week.

Current workaround

• Manual coordination and scheduling outside of Hospitable to ensure the correct cleaner is assigned for specific days.

Impact

• This creates significant operational overhead, increases the risk of scheduling errors, and makes it difficult to manage team responsibilities and coverage across multiple properties.

Proposed solution

• Implement the ability to assign specific cleaners to properties on designated days of the week (e.g., Cleaner A for Mon-Wed and Cleaner B for Thu-Sun).

Unlock

• This would allow for seamless team organization, automated and accurate cleaner assignments based on the calendar date, and reduced manual management for operations teams.
