Customizable Reservation Side Panel Section Ordering

Allow users to customize the order of sections within the reservation side panel (accessible via chats and the calendar view). Currently, some sections (like the Guest Portal and Upsells) are prioritized at the top even if they are not used, while more critical sections for certain workflows (scheduled message activity) are pushed further down. The ability to re-order these sections would allow hosts to tailor the interface to their specific operational needs and improve efficiency.
