Customizable Keyword Alerts

Allow hosts to customize the keywords and phrases that trigger Issue Alerts in the inbox. Currently, alerts are automatic and system-generated. The ability to add custom triggers would allow hosts to flag specific guest requests—such as early check-in requests—so they can be identified and handled more efficiently.
