Customer service

I think that tbe customer service is not able to satisfy our needs. I open a claim last week . I was in queue #225. Now I’m still siting at #165…. How is possible ? I have issue with my DNS and for this reason I can not use google vacation (one of the reason why I have chosen hospitable ). At this point what can I do ? Investing $5k to have priority access to???? Mah please let me know how to do Tks
