Custom quote Improvement : ability to unblock or block the dates when it is still pending

Ability to provide hosts with the option to block or unblock dates when making a custom quote, so it still allows other guests to book while the quote is pending. Additionally, when the quote expires, provide the guest with a link to book so they can check the current rate.
