Custom Owner Statement Start Date Per Property

Hi Team,

We would like to request a feature that allows us to set a different owner statement visibility start date for each property or owner.

• Owner Portal Start Date: October 2026

• Hide from Owner: Statements from December 2025 through September 2026

• Internal Access: All historical statements should remain available to our management team.

• Other Owners: Their statement visibility should remain unchanged, starting December 2025.

Requested Functionality:

Add a setting in the Owner Portal that allows property managers to choose the earliest statement month visible to each owner, without deleting or affecting historical financial records.

This would help us control what owners can access while preserving complete financial records internally.
