Add a condition that detects when a guest is flagged as a Local using the location in their guest profile. This is useful for hosts who want to create a template specific to no-party policies.
We run a guest house in Nashville and are seeing a lot of local one‑night bookings that turn into parties. We still want to allow one‑night stays for out‑of‑town travelers to help fill empty nights, but we need a way to automatically restrict local guests.
Right now, the only workaround is:
Set one‑night stays to request‑to‑book
Manually review each guest’s location and approve/decline
This is time‑consuming and not scalable.
What we’re looking for is a guest location condition (for example: “guest is local” vs “guest is out of area”) that could be used in:
Custom code conditions
Booking rules or messaging rules
This would allow us to automatically block or require approval for one‑night stays from local guests while still allowing them for travelers.
