Problem statement
- Owners can currently only pay invoices via ACH/bank transfer through the Owner Portal
- Many property managers have owners who are accustomed to paying by credit card
- The lack of credit card payment option creates friction for owner adoption of the Owner Portal payment feature

Sending separate QuickBooks payment links to owners who prefer to pay by credit card, outside of Hospitable

- Owners may refuse to adopt the ACH payment method and insist on continuing with external invoicing systems
- This negates one of the primary benefits of upgrading to the Mogul plan (consolidated owner invoicing and payments)

- Reduces the value proposition of the Owner Portal for property managers with credit-card-preferring owners
