Create an "Organization" Entity, rather than a "Primary" User

The organizational structure of Hospitable needs to be improved. Rather than having a "primary" user, and the organization being named after that user, there should be an organizational entity, and each user should have varying levels of permissions, one of those being "owner" or something like that... but the organization should not be named after the primary user. Truly, none of the organizational approach of users and accounts within Hospitable makes very much sense.
