Control Teammate Visibility for Private Guest Feedback and Reviews

Problem Statement:

• Currently, hosts cannot hide cleanliness reviews or private guest feedback from their teammates. Teammates can see all private notes and scores, which may include sensitive information the host prefers to keep private.

Current Workaround:

• There is no direct workaround within Hospitable; hosts must simply accept that teammates have full visibility of this feedback.

Impact:

• This leads to a lack of privacy for the host and potential discomfort when sensitive guest feedback is visible to operational staff.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a setting that allows hosts to toggle the visibility of private guest feedback and cleanliness reviews for teammates.

Unlock:

• Hosts will have full control over what sensitive guest information is shared with their team, ensuring privacy while still allowing teammates to see necessary operational data.
