Click on Shortcode to edit content field

When looking at a messaging rule, it would be helpful if we could click on the shortcode itself and be redirected to the page where we can edit the content.

For example, if I am ediitng a messgaing rule that is useing %house_rules% i want to click on the short code and be redirected to the details page where I can edit my house rules value
