Cleaner survey

Frequently cleaners come and go without reporting issues with the home because they forgot later. Guests then get great reviews and the host loses ability to recoup costs. Would be great if part of the team app could include a short survey similar to airbnb and vrbo questions, along with the ability to add photos of damage. Bonus feature would be for users to add reference photos of how we thought the place looked so cleaners could compare.
