Cleaner Notifications for Guest Checkout Messages and OTA Checkout Events

Currently, cleaners are not notified when a guest sends a message confirming they have checked out, nor when a guest triggers a 'checked out' event within an OTA platform (such as Airbnb). This requires hosts to manually notify cleaners if they want them to head in early.

The request is to have these events—both guest messages and OTA checkout triggers—automatically notify the cleaner via the Tasks app, allowing for more flexible and efficient cleaning schedules.
