Clarify House Rules sync indicator for Vrbo

The current UI indicates that House Rules are syncing to Vrbo (showing '3 channels'), but Vrbo does not support the full text and only displays short custom rule notes. This creates confusion for hosts who expect their full verbiage to appear on the platform. Additionally, it is currently unclear to hosts whether the House Rules field is being automatically truncated to fit Vrbo's custom rules or not. The sync indicator and behavior should be updated to provide clarity and accurately reflect these limitations.
