Chat widget on direct sites that submits a hospitable message

One of the most powerful things on a direct booking site is an easy chat widget where the guests can easily/quickly contact us to ask questions before booking. It would be great if this were included on Hospitable direct booking sites and when a user posts a message in there, it simply posts a hospitable message to our inbox where we can reply to it there.
