As a customer, I’d like clearer or alternative billing treatment for properties that are active but only used for owner stays during a billing cycle. In these cases, the property isn’t generating guest bookings or revenue, even though it remains active in the account.
It would be helpful to understand whether owner-only usage could be handled differently from guest-facing usage, or if there are options that better align billing with how the property is being used during that period.
This would improve transparency and expectations for customers managing multiple properties, particularly during low-usage or off-season months.
