Currently, Hospitable generates AI review drafts for Airbnb reservations by default, regardless of whether Review Rules are configured. These drafts remain in a pending state and are not published unless explicitly scheduled or manually sent by the host. While Review Rules can be deleted/disabled to prevent automation, AI drafts will still continue to be generated in the background. It would be preferred to add an account-level setting toggle to disable AI review draft generation entirely.

    I would love to be able to turn off the AI generated suggestions for review reply. I have accidentally sent two of those replies and they are so impersonal and frankly don’t even make sense. It’s embarrassing. ☺️

    Yes! and if they can’t be disabled account-wide, the AI generated drafts should be able to be deleted — not just the rules, but the drafts.
