Bidirectional Sync for Reservation Check-in/Check-out Times

Problem: Currently, check-in and check-out times do not sync bidirectionally between Hospitable and OTAs (like Airbnb and Vrbo). A change made in one system is not reflected in the other.

Current Workaround: Users must manually update the check-in/check-out times in both Hospitable and the OTA platform to ensure they match.

Impact: This creates a data mismatch between the official booking record and the operational execution layer. Specifically, it makes it very difficult to operationally execute early check-in upsells, as the timing cannot be automated across systems, requiring significant manual work.

Proposed Solution: Implement a bidirectional sync for the check-in and check-out time fields so that any update in Hospitable is pushed to the OTA, and any update in the OTA is pulled into Hospitable.

Unlock: This would ensure a single source of truth for reservation timing, enabling the seamless operational execution of early check-in/late check-out upsells and reducing manual overhead.
