Auto-approve toggle for teammate task payments

Currently, teammate task payments require either manual approval or waiting for a 24-hour auto-approval window to pass before funds are released. This creates a delay in payments and operational friction for hosts who do not wish to manually approve every task.

The request is for an 'auto-approve' toggle that, when enabled, allows task payments to be approved immediately upon the teammate marking the task as complete, bypassing the 24-hour waiting period.
