Assign Stand-in Cleaners Without Adding as Teammates

Allow hosts to assign a one-off or stand-in cleaner to a turnover task without adding them as a permanent teammate in the account. The cleaner should be able to receive the task details and accept or decline that specific task without having access to the rest of the account.
