Approve Task Payouts Directly in the Mobile App

Problem Statement:

• When a teammate completes a task, the host receives a notification (usually via email) to review and approve the payout.
• There is currently no way to approve payouts within the Hospitable mobile app — hosts must check their email or desktop to take action.
• If the host doesn't check email regularly, they rely on the 24-hour auto-approval, which removes the opportunity to review or adjust the payout amount.

Current Workaround:

• Hosts must monitor their email for payout approval notifications.
• Alternatively, they do nothing and accept the auto-approval after 24 hours.

Impact:

• Hosts who don't check email frequently lose the ability to review and adjust payouts before they're sent.
• Creates a dependency on email access for a core operational workflow.
• Reduces the convenience of managing tasks and payouts on the go.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a payout approval action within the Hospitable mobile app, so hosts can review and approve (or adjust) task payouts directly from their phone.

Unlock:

• Hosts can manage task payouts entirely within the mobile app, without needing to check email or use a desktop.
• Greater flexibility and control over when and how payouts are approved.
