API Endpoint for Cleaning Task Payment/Compensation Amount

The current Public API (v2/tasks) allows for the creation and updating of cleaning tasks but does not expose the Payment/compensation field. Users need the ability to both read and set the payment amount for cleaning tasks via the API to automate their payment workflows.
