Allow User To View Full Name Of Custom Code By Hovering Mouse

When a user has lots of custom codes, especially similar/long names for the custom code, we should allow the user to hover over the custom code name and view the full name. This will make it easier for a user to distinguish the custom codes from one another and not have to click in to the code to see it.
