Allow upsells of early check in and late check out without the need to keep adjoining dates not booked

Right now the upsell of early check ins and late checkouts only works if the adjacent date does not have an existing reservation.

This artificial limitation is unnecessary if I as a host can approve these upsells, because in most cases, I can allow a 1-2 hour early check in or late checkout by coordinating with my cleaner, even on a same day turnover.

Please remove this constraint so we hosts can offer these upsells.
