Allow smart device notifications to be dismissed permanently

I’d like the option to permanently dismiss a smart lock notification instead of only hiding it for 24 hours. I have a smart lock account that belongs to a muted property that I no longer manage or want to access, so the notification is no longer relevant to me and shouldn’t keep reappearing.
