Allow property managers to customize pass-through tax responsibility in their Management Agreement

Currently the Management Agreement allows users to specify which party is responsible for the pass-through taxes:

• Manager (manager receives and is responsible for 100% of pass-through taxes)

• Owner (manager receives 0% of pass-through taxes, owner receives and is responsible for 100% of pass-through taxes)

There are, however, instances where the responsibility differs by the tax type or other factors. For example:

• Manager is responsible for the portion of the tax in alignment with their commission (20% commission, responsible for 20% of pass-through tax).

This feature would allow property managers to include pass-through tax in their commissionable base, and/or define a custom percentage for tax responsibility.
