Allow %guest_portal% shortcode in canned messages

Problem Statement:

• The %guest_portal% shortcode only works in messaging rules for accepted bookings
• It does not work in canned messages, even though each Guest Portal link is unique to the reservation
• This limits flexibility when sending manual messages via the Inbox

Current Workaround:

• Manually copy the Guest Portal link from the reservation and paste it into each manual message

Impact:

• Extra manual steps for each reservation
• Risk of sending incorrect or outdated links
• Inconsistent experience compared to automated messaging rules

Proposed Solution:

• Allow the %guest_portal% shortcode to work in canned messages, automatically inserting the reservation-specific link

• Send reservation-specific Guest Portal links directly from canned messages
• Streamline messaging workflow and reduce manual effort
